About the Guide

What's the difference between the Starter and Pro editions?
The Starter Edition covers the seven foundational chapters — picking your platforms, calculating real earnings, vehicle economics, hourly optimization, protecting your account, 1099 taxes, and ratings. The Pro Edition includes all of that plus six advanced chapters on strategic multi-apping, incentive stacking, closing insurance gaps, advanced tax strategy, building your own benefits safety net, and using gig work as a path to something bigger.

Is the guide a physical book or a digital download?
The guide is a digital PDF you can download instantly after purchase and read on any device — phone, tablet, or computer. Nothing ships, and there's no waiting.

Do I get future updates?
Yes. The Ultimate Guide includes free updates for three years from your purchase date. When we update the guide, the same download link from your order confirmation email will deliver the most current version.

Can I read a sample before buying?
Yes. Enter your email on our homepage and we'll send you a free preview — the full introduction and the opening of Chapter 1.

Do the strategies work for my specific platform?
The guide covers rideshare (Uber, Lyft), food and grocery delivery (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Instacart, Grubhub), and package delivery (Amazon Flex, Veho, Roadie, and others). The frameworks apply across platforms, even as specific app policies change.

What's in each bundle?
Each bundle pairs the Pro Edition guide with gear matched to a specific kind of driving. See each bundle's product page for the full component list and the savings versus buying the items separately.

Why do bundles cost less than buying items individually?
That's the point of a bundle — you save 15% or more versus buying each item on its own. The exact savings are shown on every bundle page.

Which dash cam should I get?
If you drive rideshare, you want the 3-Channel 4K Dash Cam with the interior cabin camera — it protects you from passenger disputes. If you only do delivery (food, grocery, package), the 2.5K Dual Dash Cam covers the road without paying for a cabin camera you don't need.

Do the dash cams come with a recording-notice sticker?
No. Many states require visible notice before recording audio inside your vehicle. Check your state's laws and your platform's policy, and post your own notice before recording passenger audio.

Shipping & Orders

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. We don't offer international shipping at this time.

When will my order arrive?
Digital products (the Ultimate Guide) are available to download immediately after purchase — no shipping required.

Physical gear ships from a mix of US and overseas warehouses depending on the item, so delivery times vary by product:

  • Most items ship from US warehouses and arrive within roughly 4-10 business days.
  • A few items ship from overseas and can take 2-4 weeks to arrive.

You'll receive tracking for every physical item so you can follow your order from warehouse to door. If you order a bundle, items may arrive in separate shipments and on different days, since they come from different warehouses.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as each item ships.

Why did my bundle arrive in multiple packages?
Because bundle items ship from different warehouses, they often travel separately and may arrive on different days. This is normal — each item has its own tracking.

Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges

What's your return policy?
Physical gear can be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping. See our full Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

Are the digital guides refundable?
No. All digital products are non-refundable, because they're delivered instantly and can't be returned. If you have a problem with the file itself, email us and we'll make it right.

Can I cancel an order?
We're not able to cancel orders once they're placed — our fulfillment system begins processing orders immediately and unpredictably. If you no longer want an order, please wait until it's delivered and then follow our standard return process for the physical items.

Do you offer exchanges?
No. If you want a different item, return the original within 14 days (if eligible) and place a new order. The exception is a damaged, defective, or incorrect item — we'll take care of those directly.

How do I start a return?
Email us at nextgenselectioni2i@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, and include both your order number and the reason for your return. Requests missing either piece of information can't be processed.
