Returns and Exchanges Policy
Return & Refund Policy

We want every Gig Earner Pro customer to feel confident in their purchase. This policy lays out exactly how returns and refunds work, in plain language. Please read it before requesting a return.
Digital Products
All digital products are non-refundable. This includes the Ultimate Guide (all editions) and any other digital download, guide, or file we offer now or in the future. Because digital products are delivered instantly to your inbox, they are considered consumed once the download link has been sent.
If you believe there is a defect with the file itself (corruption, missing pages, unreadable content), email us at nextgenselectioni2i@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the problem, and we will work with you to make it right.
Physical Products
We accept returns on physical gear within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 14 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging, with all included parts, manuals, and accessories
Items that cannot be returned:
- Items requested for return more than 14 days after delivery
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts (other than damage that occurred during shipping — see the damaged items section below)
- Final-sale or clearance items (if marked as such)
- All digital products (see above)
Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot issue refunds for returns that are lost in transit and have no tracking record.
How to Start a Return — Required Information
To request a return, email nextgenselectioni2i@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Your email must include both of the following:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
Please note: Return requests that do not include both an order number and a reason for return will be considered illegitimate and will not be processed. We are not able to act on incomplete requests. This requirement protects against fraudulent claims and lets us help genuine customers faster.
Once we receive a complete request:
- We will respond within 1-2 business days with the return shipping address and any specific instructions for that product.
- Ship the item back to the address we provide, using a tracked shipping method, and reply with the tracking number.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your gear arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, that's on us — not you.
Email nextgenselectioni2i@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
- A short description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if a return is needed.
Bundle Returns
Bundle orders include both digital products (such as the Ultimate Guide) and physical gear. Because digital products are delivered instantly and are non-refundable, bundle returns cover the physical gear portion only.
When physical items from a bundle are returned within the 14-day window, each item is refunded at its prorated share of the price you actually paid for the bundle — not its standalone retail price. This ensures your refund accurately reflects the discounted price you paid. The portion of the bundle price attributed to any digital product is non-refundable.
If you'd like to know the exact refund amount for a specific bundle return, email us before shipping the items back and we will provide it in writing.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you received an item and want a different one, please return the original within 14 days following the process above, and place a new order for the item you want.
The only exception is when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — see that section above for how we handle those.
Cancellations
We do not accept order cancellations. Orders begin processing through our fulfillment system immediately and unpredictably after they are placed, which means we cannot reliably stop an order once it has been submitted.
If you no longer want an order you've placed, please wait until the product or products have been delivered, then follow the standard return procedure above. Physical items can be returned within 14 days of delivery; digital products are non-refundable.
Refund Timing
After we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund processing takes 3-5 business days on our side
- Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3-7 business days to post the refund
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
