Gig Earner Pro sells digital products only — primarily The Ultimate Guide to Making Money in the Gig Economy and related digital materials. This policy lays out how returns and refunds work in plain language.

Digital Products

All digital products are non-refundable. Because digital products are delivered instantly to your inbox via a download link, they are considered consumed once the download link has been delivered.

This includes:

  • The Ultimate Guide — Starter Edition
  • The Ultimate Guide — Pro Edition
  • The Ultimate Guide — Free Preview
  • Any other digital download, guide, file, or content we offer now or in the future

Defective or Damaged Files

If you experience a defect with the file itself — corruption, missing pages, content that won't open, or a failed download — email us at nextgenselectioni2i@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to deliver a working copy or, if we cannot, issue a refund at our discretion.

Pro Upgrade Path

If you purchased the Starter Edition and want to upgrade to the Pro Edition, contact us at nextgenselectioni2i@gmail.com with your Starter order number. We'll provide an upgrade discount code so your total cost equals what you would have paid by buying Pro directly. This is not a refund of your Starter purchase — it is a discount on the Pro purchase.

Annual Updates

Each guide purchase includes three years of annual updates. Updates are delivered through your original download link — your link will serve the most current edition. Updates are not refundable separately from the original purchase.
